Ingredients
Coffee Layer

250ml strong Rescue Roast coffee

2 tablespoons brown sugar
Cream Layer

250g mascarpone cheese

250ml fresh cream

3 tablespoons icing sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Base

1 packet ladyfinger biscuits (approximately 200g)
Topping

Cocoa powder for dusting

Dark chocolate shavings (optional)
Step 1: Brew the Coffee
Prepare:
250ml strong Rescue Roast coffee
using Blend #2.
Allow the coffee to cool completely.
Stir in:
2 tablespoons brown sugar.
Step 2: Prepare the Cream Filling
In a mixing bowl:
