Shipping Information
Our coffee is roasted fresh to order, ensuring you receive only the best flavour and quality.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving your order.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delivery Times
While we aim for prompt delivery, actual shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or for remote areas.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded simply because you’ve changed your mind.
If, however, you receive the wrong product or there is a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rescueroast.co.za, and we’ll gladly assist in resolving the matter.
Coffee Products
For health and safety reasons, opened coffee products cannot be returned unless defective.
Damaged Deliveries
Customers must report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.
Photographic evidence may be requested.
CPA Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights available under the Consumer Protection Act.
