Ingredients

  • 250ml freshly brewed Rescue Roast coffee
  • Ice cubes
  • 100ml cold milk (optional)
  • 1–2 teaspoons sugar or honey (optional)

Method

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  3. Pour the coffee over the ice.
  4. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
  5. Stir well and enjoy.

Pro Tip

Freeze leftover coffee into ice cubes and use these instead of regular ice to prevent dilution.

A café favourite that is surprisingly easy to make at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot espresso or 60ml strong coffee
  • 200ml milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or syrup

Method

  1. Prepare your espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Heat the milk until hot but not boiling.
  3. Froth the milk using a frother, whisk, or French Press.
  4. Add vanilla and sugar to the coffee.
  5. Pour in the milk while holding back the foam.
  6. Spoon the foam on top.
