5. Mandatory Wholesale Conditions

Minimum monthly purchases Wholesale clients must purchase at least R3,000 per month, excluding delivery charges.

No online resale Rescue Roast® is the only authorised online sales platform for Rescue Roast® products.

I confirm that we are not applying to purchase Rescue Roast® products for resale online. * I understand that we may not list or sell Rescue Roast® products through our own website, Takealot, Facebook Marketplace, Instagram Shop, online marketplaces, nationwide WhatsApp catalogues or any other ecommerce platform. * I understand that sealed Rescue Roast® products may only be sold from the approved physical business premises stated in this application, unless Rescue Roast® provides prior written permission. * I agree not to supply Rescue Roast® products to another reseller, distributor, third party or online seller without prior written permission. * I agree not to repackage, relabel or alter Rescue Roast® products or branding without prior written permission. *
