Ingredients

Biscuit Base

  • 250g Tennis Biscuits

  • 125g melted butter


Cheesecake Filling

  • 500g cream cheese

  • 250ml fresh cream

  • 150g icing sugar

  • 100ml strong Rescue Roast coffee (cooled)

  • 80ml Amarula Cream Liqueur

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Topping

  • Cocoa powder

  • Chocolate shavings

  • Coffee beans for garnish (optional)


Step 1: Brew the Coffee

Prepare:

100ml strong Rescue Roast coffee

using Blend #2.

Allow to cool completely.

Crush the Tennis Biscuits into fine crumbs.
