1 large glass

1 double espresso shot (60ml) made with Rescue Roast Gin-Infused Coffee

150ml cold water

100ml sparkling water

1 teaspoon honey

Ice cubes

1 slice orange

1 slice lemon

Step 1: Brew the Coffee
Prepare:
Double espresso (60ml)
using Rescue Roast Gin-Infused Coffee.
Allow it to cool slightly.
Step 2: Add the Honey
While the coffee is still warm, stir in:
1 teaspoon honey
until fully dissolved.
